Charming 1BR Apt in Rittenhouse – Cozy & Bright

I have stayed in this appartement for 4 months and it was the perfect place! It’s located in Rittenhouse District, which is the most beautiful part of the city if you ask me. And safe, which was important for me too. Everything you want/need is on walking distance. The host was very nice and helpful. Whenever I had a question they responded within a few minutes. I would definitely recommend this place for people who want the best Philly experience.

We had an amazing time at Tim’s place. The apartment was very clean and the lighting is great. It’s a two minute walk from Rittenhouse, and in a perfectly walkable distance from the Penn Medicine/CHOP campus. Tim always responded quickly to every question we had. We will definitely consider this place again if we return to Philly!

I stayed at this place for 6-7 weeks and it felt like a home very quickly ! The apartment is very well equipped with furnitures and appliances in top condition. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

Spent 5 weeks in Tim’s place, everything is wonderful. Even though it’s a new listing, but Tim is very responsible. If there’s anything needed, he always solved very soon. The area is very safe, and walkable to Rittenhouse Square. I enjoy every moment in the house. The kitchen is wonderful but might need more basic equipment. Otherwise is perfect. Highly recommended if you want to have a place like home in Philadelphia. For Penn student, there’s a bike and bus station in 1 min walk, super easy access to school !

Tim and Candeleria are wonderful hosts . Perfect location in the heart of Rittenhouse... felt like I was home! I’ll be back for sure! Thank you for making my stay in Philly perfect in the perfect location!

The main advantage of this apartment is its location in a central, super safe and nice neighborhood. The apartment is clean and comfortable, the host was helpful and responded quickly whenever I needed something, which was nice. The only thing I really didn't like was the basement (where the laundry is): it was really dirty—I saw cockroaches several times when I went down there. It wouldn't be hard to make it cleaner and a nicer place to go. The bathroom isn't very well lit, which could easily be fixed with a new lamp over the sink. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this place!

The house was in very good condition and clean. Also the location is great, I love Rittenhouse! Tim was a great host and communication with him was perfect.
