Modern 3 Bedroom Apartment steps from Rittenhouse

This is a fantastic place to stay to visit Philly. It’s close to coffee shops, groceries, the Schuylkill River trail/path and Penn Campus. There is so much to see and do. I loved the proximity to Center City, Rittenhouse, South Street, and it is so walkable. People are friendly and it’s wonderful seeing kids at the school yard outside. Tim and Candelaria are thoughtful and attentive hosts. They are on top of any issue that may arise but the stay was lovely all around. I look forward to coming back!

We enjoyed the apartment in Philly a lot and felt right at home for the month we stayed there. The apartment is in an excellent location within walking distance of shops and the beautiful Rittenhouse Square. The flat was perfect for two adults and one child (right next to a playground too). The washing machine and dryer were a big plus for us. Tim was very responsive and helpful. Overall we were thankful for a nice place in such an amazing city.

Myself and two of my friends stayed here for a little over two months while interning in the city. The place was great, everything was clean, and the location was perfect. Within walking distance of anything you’d need as well as center city, but the neighborhood was quiet at night. Tim was helpful and responsive if anything ever went wrong and it was the perfect long term stay to explore Philadelphia!

Tim’s place was great, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood was lovely and walkable to everything. Parking was a bit challenging during the week, but the weekend was great. I would highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here for about a month and a half to get use to the Philly area and absolutely loved it! Our host was responsive and had great communication. The unit was exactly as described in the description and it made us fall in love with Philly even more! 10/10 would recommend!

I highly recommend Tim's place! The apartment is beautiful and just a short walk away from downtown Philly. Tim was a communicative host and helped answer any questions that came up. One thing to know is that most of the parking in this neighborhood has a 2h limit but there are a few streets with unrestricted free parking. We had a lovely stay and hope to return!
